If that's not enough time, we sometimes go to Animazement in May. Otherwise, you can always save the cosplay until the coming AWA. If it's good, it's worth the wait, right?

It'll really depend on what cons everyone's going to and whether we have our gear ready. Doing a TF2 cosplay means we have to fabricate weapons, and it's gonna take me awhile to make a minigun out of cardboard and PVC.

For my own reason, I'm curious if anyone, anyone at all, still had any interest in cosplaying. The only con that UGAnime traditionally goes to is AWA, but that's a good three months of planning, no?

I'd still love to cosplay, if by cosplay you mean group cosplay. Even if it's not a series or thing I'm familiar with, I think it would be fun to do just by virtue of doing it as a group. Did you have anything specific in mind?

As I likely won't be going to AWA, or probably any other con, in the foreseeable future, I'm not planning on cosplaying again for a long time. Probably not until I'm a teacher and it's Halloween.

Dude...Vampire Ian = awesome way to scare the kids.

I keep trying to find a character with glasses to cosplay as (not as many around as you'd think)...suggestions welcome Wink

But I keep going back and forward...maybe Kabuto from Naruto (yeah...I know) since I've never cosplayed before. Also depends on how much time allows.

Hmmm. For a character with glasses and blond hair, the only one that immediately comes to mind is Benny Boy from Black Lagoon, who would be fairly simple to do, I would think.

I did Benny a couple years ago. If you go that route I warn you, they don't make a wig in his hairstyle. You have to cut your own.
